Our firm specializes in complex commercial construction, which means we are not available for projects involving single-family homes, turn-key barndominiums, light gauge steel structures, or other residential projects.

Currently, our firm is only able to consider the following types of residential projects:

• Heavy Gauge Pre-engineered metal buildings
• Heavy gauge steel detached buildings, including shop buildings and garages.
• Metal building portion of a barndominiums

Also, our availability heavily depends on the size and location of the project.
