CONSTRUCTION PHASES AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Bidding:

During the bidding phase, our construction management team consults on the hiring process. We consider price and capabilities/competency of the bidding contractors. We assess the risk level and make sure there are no red flags where safety, insurance, and financial records are concerned.

Feasiblity:

Our construction management team handles all feasibility studies including building permits, zoning laws, surveys, and impact reports.

Pre-Construction:

When it comes to prequalifying professional teams, this is where construction management does all the heavy lifting. Similar to the bidding phase, construction management handles all of the risk assessments during this phase and creates a schedule, along with a project budget, using the estimates provided by the general contractors.

Construction:

The operations of all the contractors and staff are overseen by the construction management team on a daily basis to make sure the build is going according to plan.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION/ PROTOCOLS

Our Construction Management team uses Procore (a cloud-based construction management software that helps teams increase project efficiency and accountability by providing streamlined project communication and documentation).

Designated owners' representatives and other users are able to review project data from any device connected to the internet.

Our construction management superintendent will log daily field and safety reports electronically through our mobile field log application, and these reports are immediately accessible.

The use of these construction management tools helps ensure quality control throughout the project team.
