It is the policy of A. R. Chesson Construction to provide a safe working environment for all of its employees and subcontractors. This is accomplished by employee involvement, proper management and training, and providing current safety manuals with up-to-date information. Our employee's goal is to perform each task in the safest manner possible and to report every unsafe action or condition to their superintendent as soon as possible. Our objective is to perform every job task in accordance to our written safety policies, industry standards, and with observation of all OSHA regulations.

A. R. Chesson Construction schedules safety meetings with all staff. Each superintendent is expected and required to have a “toolbox” safety meeting once a week on their project site. During these meeting, the superintendent will pass any safety information or updates to all field employees and subcontractors working on their project. By working together, we can eliminate accidents and have a safe, productive, and professional workplace.

Working together for a safe jobsite creates greater productivity and eliminates unnecessary accidents.
