PROJECT MANAGEMENT

 

The projects we undertake require managers with strong leadership and a wide variety of skills and experience. Each project manager will take ownership of their projects to ensure positive outcomes for the owner, design team, and our company. Project managers will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects.

 

POSITIONS WITHIN PROJECT MANAGEMENT INCLUDE:

 

  • Project Manager
  • Assistant Project Manager

 

SUPERINTENDENT

 

Superintendents work with our project management staff to ensure a project is successful. They are responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the daily activities concerned with the construction of commercial projects from project start through completion. Each superintendent will participate in construction activities while maintaining schedules, budgets, safety, and quality control. 

 

SUPERINTENDENT POSITIONS INCLUDE:

 

  • Project Superintendent
  • Assistant Superintendent


Estimator

 

Estimators work with clients and our project management staff to analyze the costs of and prepare estimates on construction projects. They are responsible to review drawings, specifications and other project criteria to determine the overall costs of a new or existing construction project. The position requires a deep understanding of all facets of construction.
