While working on the new gym at Eastern Elementary School in Washington, NC, Clint Hardison, A. R. Chesson Construction superintendent was invited to a kindergarten class show and tell. The kindergartners had great questions, such as:
- What is a beam?
- What is an excavator?
- Why are you playing in the sand so long?
- Are you using a steam roller?
The students asked Clint what he does while on the job site. Clint told the students that he does a lot of reading and math. He said they should work hard in those subjects, as those skills are important for so many careers. Clint also discussed the importance of following rules.
