Dare County’s newest ABC store opened in time for the 2014 Labor Day holiday. Prominently located on the busy 158 Highway, this facility also serves as the main distribution for the Dare County ABC Board. Kent Manning was the Superintendent and Doug Chesson was the Project Manager.
