ARCC served as the Construction Manager for the repair and renovation of the old D.F. Walker High School in downtown Edenton, North Carolina.

Following the sealing of the building’s envelope, ARCC delivered a $1.2 million, 15,000 SF renovation to the existing facility. The space now includes an administrative office suite, multiple large classrooms, kitchen area adjoining a multi-purpose space, and new restrooms. The building has been brought up to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
