Gates County Public school systems chose A. R. Chesson Construction to serve as their Construction Manager for their 42,400 square foot addition and renovations for Central Middle School. The additions include new classrooms and group toilets, staff toilets, administration offices, media center, and new gymnasium including lockers. Some of the renovations include new electrical to supply the HVAC systems, roofing, windows, and room finishes.. This is the second Construction Manager at Risk project ARCC has been awarded by GCS. The project manager is Daniel Plyler and the site superintendent is Brian Plyler.
