The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the Parking Lot Exit Plaza Replacement project. Items of work include demolition of existing structure, construction of the new parking lot exit plaza structure and associated utilities, new parking lot control system equipment, construction of a temporary paved exit lane and realignment of the existing parking lot exit lane.
