The Town of Kill Devil Hills NC intends to award Public Works Phase II project to A. R. Chesson Construction.
The project includes:
Enlargement of the existing Police Department storage building;
Exterior facade replacement at the existing Public Works Administration Building;
Expansion of the existing Public Works Administration Building;
New design-build of a 7,000 square feet PEMB Fleet Maintenance facility
Construction of a new fuel island for usage and storage of 22,000 gallon diesel and gasoline for KDH Town use.
