The Project includes the partial renovation of an existing strip mall; spaces previously occupied by Quintiles, Winn Dixie, and Roses and located at 407 East Boulevard, Williamson for Martin County Schools utilizing a NCDPI Capital Needs Grant. The new career and technical center will provide instruction for Health Sciences, Business, Industrial Arts, and STEM career pathways with simulated hospital room, labs, maker space, and flexible / collaborative student commons spaces. Renovations will consist primarily of selective demolition and associated new work, new walls and interiors throughout, new entry and secure vestibule and all associated plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection work. New parking and student drop off to be included.
