Work includes repairs to improve building envelope efficiency and interior comfort in the third floor of the existing observation tower will be enclosed and a new access panel will be provided. New transfer grilles will be installed to provide conditioning in the tower from existing HVAC equipment. A new exhaust fan will be installed in the tower roof. Existing combustion piping in the mechanical room will be removed and existing roof and wall penetrations will be capped and patched. New transfer grilles to the mechanical room will supply combustion air for the water heater.
