Renovations are complete at Norfolk State University’s Brambleton Community Outreach Center (BCOC). The BCOC is NSU’s primary connection with its surrounding neighborhoods. The project included refinishing the gym floor and modernizing restrooms for accessibility compliance with new ceramic tile walls and floors, toilet partitions and accessories, countertops and plumbing fixtures. The project manager was Adam Hughes. The superintendent is Tracy Colson.
