Construction on the One Mill Park in Shiloh, NC (Camden County) is underway. Elements of the project include:

replacing an old boat ramp
replacing approximately 315 feet of dilapidated bulkhead and riprap
constructing a boardwalk along the river
constructing a new pier
installing a playground
constructing a parking area designed to accommodate cars with boat trailers
developing a pavilion and picnic shelters
constructing a bathhouse/restrooms with outside showers
connecting the elements with a sidewalk
