Renovation of a clubhouse/community center in Columbia, North Carolina. The bid consists of the renovation of the existing Davis Coffield Building to include repainting and sealing the existing masonry inside and out, new elevator, electrical. Work to include relocation of clay, metal, and wood studios, some finished interior walls, and limited demolition. The work also included elevating the existing Riverview building and decks, new pergola, new deck over the river, and some renovation of the main building and adjacent accessory building.
